S/4HANA migration and RISE with SAP, done properly
We implement and migrate SAP S/4HANA, greenfield or brownfield, in public or private cloud, and support you through go-live and beyond. RISE with SAP brings the software, infrastructure and tools together in one subscription.

The problem
The problem we solve
Staying on ECC past 2027 means paying more for less support, while the capability SAP ships now lands only in S/4HANA.
-
Support costs rise after 2027
Extended maintenance runs to the end of 2030 for an extra fee, and only for customers who sign up for it.
-
New capability only in S/4HANA
Joule, SAP Business AI and the newest Fiori apps are built for S/4HANA and SAP BTP, not ECC.
-
An edition choice that is hard to reverse
Public and Private Edition differ in how much you can customise, how upgrades work and what you pay.
-
Custom code and data slow everything down
Unused custom objects and poor master data are the most common causes of overruns.
How we work
Our approach
We size the work on your live system first, then plan the migration around what we find.
-
Readiness assessment
SAP Readiness Check and custom code analysis on your live ECC system, with an honest effort estimate.
-
Edition and path decision
Public or Private Edition, and system conversion, new implementation or selective data transition.
-
Prepare the system
Clean master data, retire unused custom code and settle the target architecture and integrations.
-
Migrate and test
Conversion or build in sprints, with integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
-
Cutover and hypercare
Rehearsed cutover, go-live support, then handover into managed services and release readiness.

What to retire, adapt or move to SAP BTP to keep the core clean.
-
Data migration and cutover plan
Rehearsed runbooks, reconciliation checks and fallback points.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
What is RISE with SAP?
A subscription offer from SAP that bundles S/4HANA Cloud, the cloud infrastructure, technical managed services and tools such as SAP BTP credits and SAP Cloud ALM into one contract.
Should we choose Public or Private Edition?
If your ECC system is close to standard, Public Edition is usually faster and cheaper. If you carry significant custom ABAP development or have data residency or regulatory constraints, Private Edition gives you more room.
When does SAP ECC support end?
Mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC 6.0 ends on 31 December 2027. SAP offers extended maintenance to the end of 2030 for an additional fee.
Can we keep our custom ABAP code?
In Private Edition, yes, once it is remediated for S/4HANA. In Public Edition, custom logic moves to SAP BTP or key-user extensions, which keeps the core clean.
How long does a RISE migration take?
Usually 12 to 18 months for a large organisation. Data cleansing, custom code decisions and testing drive the timeline more than the technical conversion.
Which hyperscaler should we choose?
RISE runs on AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud. Most organisations pick the one that matches their existing cloud contracts and data residency requirements.
Not sure which edition fits?
We will review your ECC system and give you a straight recommendation before you sign anything.
