The problem
The problem we solve
SAP holds the right data, but the screens get in the way of the people who need it.
-
Too many screens per task
A simple approval or goods receipt takes several transactions and a lot of training.
-
Field staff work on paper
Technicians write things down and re-key them later, so data arrives late and wrong.
-
Standard apps almost fit
SAP's standard Fiori app covers most of the process, but not the field or step your business needs.
-
Low adoption after go-live
Users return to spreadsheets when the system feels slower than the workaround.
How we work
Our approach
We aim for the fewest taps per task, and we test that with the people who do the work.
-
Research
Sessions with the people who use the process every day, on the floor or in the field.
-
Prototype
Clickable designs that follow the SAP Fiori design guidelines, tested with real users.
-
Build
Fiori Elements where possible, freestyle SAPUI5 where needed, on CDS views and OData services.
-
Test and deploy
Performance, device and role testing, launchpad set-up and app store release where needed.
-
Support
Enhancements, upgrades and performance tuning after go-live.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
Should we use standard Fiori apps or build our own?
Start with standard. Where a standard app nearly fits, extend it through Fiori Elements. Build a freestyle SAPUI5 app only when SAP does not cover the process.
Do Fiori apps work offline?
Yes. With the SAP Mobile Development Kit and SAP Mobile Services, apps store data on the device and sync when the connection returns, which suits mines and remote sites.
Will our apps survive an S/4HANA upgrade?
Apps built on Fiori Elements, CDS views and released APIs follow SAP's clean-core rules, which keeps upgrades predictable.
Can you fix slow Fiori apps?
Yes. We trace performance from the browser down to the OData service and CDS view, then fix the cause, whether it sits in the UI, the service or the database query.
Can you publish apps to the app stores?
Yes. We can package and publish apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play when they need to go beyond your company devices.
What is flexible workflow in S/4HANA?
A configurable approval framework for documents such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders and supplier invoices. Approval steps, agents and conditions are set up in Fiori apps instead of being coded.
Do we need SAP Build Work Zone?
If your users need one entry point for SAP cloud, on-premise and third-party apps, yes. The standard edition provides a central launchpad; the advanced edition adds workspaces and team collaboration.
